Yes. However, Hair Kraze suggests that you seek a professional to color it for you. (we offer this service for a small fee)

Hair Kraze suggests that your extensions should be air dried.

DO NOT scrub extensions like you wash your natural hair! Using cold water, gently wash hair with a Sulfate free shampoo. Wash little sections at a time. Use an Instant moisture or leave in conditioner. DO NOT use an excessive amount conditioner, it could cause build up and tangling.

Yes. Try to stay away from alcohol based products. It tends to make the extensions dry.

YES. When exposed to chlorine or salt water wash hair immediately after.

On average, 2-3 business days once order has been processed(1-2 BD). 7-10 days business days if you have a custom color order.

We do not accept returns, only exchanges for equal or lesser value. Hair has to be inspected and approved for exchange.
