How do I take care of my Hair Kraze Extensions?To ensure the quality of your extensions, detangle extensions before washing, Use a soft bristle brush with soft downward strokes. Brushing too harsh could cause shedding, friz and breakage.

Can I dye my Hair Kraze Extensions?Yes. However, Hair Kraze suggests that you seek a professional to color it for you. (we offer this service for a small fee)

Should I blow dry or air dry my Hair Kraze Extensions?Hair Kraze suggests that your extensions should be air dried.

How should I wash my Hair Kraze Extensions?DO NOT scrub extensions like you wash your natural hair! Using cold water, gently wash hair with a Sulfate free shampoo. Wash little sections at a time. Use an Instant moisture or leave in conditioner. DO NOT use an excessive amount conditioner, it could cause build up and tangling.

Should I stay away from any particular products?Yes. Try to stay away from alcohol based products. It tends to make the extensions dry.

Can I swim with my Hair Kraze Extensions?YES. When exposed to chlorine or salt water wash hair immediately after.

How long does delivery take?On average, 2-3 business days once order has been processed(1-2 BD). 7-10 days business days if you have a custom color order.

What's your return policy?We do not accept returns, only exchanges for equal or lesser value. Hair has to be inspected and approved for exchange.
